Buyers Guide:

• All communities require a preapproval. A small fee is usually required to perform this preapproval. This includes a credit and criminal background check. Each community's requirements vary. 
• Lot Rent: Each community requires a monthly lot rent fee. All communities require this, but vary as to what is included in the Lot Rent. We are glad to attain this information upon request when needed.
• Inspections: Although, Home Inspections and Wood Destroying Organism Inspections are not required, we highly recommend having one performed prior to purchasing a home.  All homes are sold "As Is". Having these inspections performed are soley for the Buyers piece of mind prior to purchase. If you decide to have an inspection performed, we are happy to guide you through the process.  
• Purchaser Expenses: Purchase price of home, Administration fee, Florida Sale Tax of 6% plus County Tax (varies), Florida Tag and Title recording fees(varies on size of home), State shipping fee of $11.40
